R.J. Finlay & Co. Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of Amarillo, TX Heritage House Apartments

Building on a series of ongoing acquisitions to expand its impressive portfolio, full service real estate firm R.J. Finlay & Co. has acquired the Amarillo, Texas based Heritage House Apartments. The property will be rebranded as The Granite at Olsen Park.

Situated on nearly 6-acres, Heritage House Apartments (3318 South Western Street) is home to 141 units and boasts charming, tree-lined grounds and colonial architecture in the highly desirable neighborhood of Olsen Park. The location of these apartments in Amarillo offer close proximity to public transportation, spacious floor plans, an outdoor pool, basketball court, playground, covered parking and large walk-in closets.

The Granite at Olsen Park has one, two and three-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom townhomes with floor plans from 600 ft. to 1,300 ft. Some units have private, enclosed yards, fireplaces and vaulted ceilings. The property will be managed by the industry-leader, third-party Finlay Management, Inc.

The Granite at Olsen Park joins the 204 unit The Granite at Porpoise Bay in Daytona Beach, FL; the 548 unit The Granite at Taylors in Greenville, SC; the 264 unit The Granite at Tuscany Hills in San Antonio, TX; the 172 unit Vero Green Apartments (FL); the 144 unit Town Parc at Amarillo (TX); the 102 unit Meetinghouse at Riverfront (NH) and the 56 unit The Granite at Miami Beach (FL), an architectural landmark in South Beach.
